As a 4th generation home builder, Justin has been in around construction his entire life completing projects related to nearly every aspect of residential and commercial construction. In addition to field work he developed a passion for home design in 7th grade drafting class, continuing education in home design throughout middle school, high school and into college. Since joining the work force in the construction industry he's designed over 50 houses for clients, many of which he constructed as well. Professionally Justin has served as the Technical Director for BuildBlock Building Systems spanning a career in ICF construction of over 20 years.

Bobby Louviere grew up as the son of an architect, helping his father complete portions of design projects as early as 14 years old. He continued designing through college and into his professional career as a partner in his first construction company. Bobby has since focused his efforts into his passion for cabinet building and finish work, pointing to his attention to detail that is present in each one of his home designs. Bobby designed and built his own ICF house and has since specialized in this method of construction. He is familiar with the latest 3D design software allowing you to see every aspect of your build before you ever swing a hammer.

Rodrigo Silva started his concrete career as a transition from landscaping resulting from the large demand for concrete flatwork and decorative concrete he encountered in the field. He since assembled a top notch crew of professional concrete installers and researched the latest in high performance concrete technologies, leading him to ICF construction. He has been successfully completing ICF projects in the Denver and surrounding region for 5+ years, including his own ICF home and numerous large, high profile projects earning him a reputation as an expert ICF installer.
