Projects

Welcome—see how our Insulated Concrete Form projects bring design, strength, and sustainability together. From residential builds to commercial spaces, our portfolio showcases precision, quality, and lasting performance.

Oliver Residence

Built in the heart of Williams, AZ 2 blocks from historic route 66, this 3 bedroom 2 bath main level and 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental apartment basement has slashed the owner's utility payments by 75% with it's energy efficient shell and wood heated interior and nearly eliminated their mortgage payment with the vacation rental offset. If you're headed to the Grand Canyon, check out the Oliver's vacation rental to experience how comfortable ICF living can be.

Strom Residence

The story of the Strom Residence started with heartbreak as the previous home was consumed by the High Park Fire North and West of Fort Collins, CO. We worked with the owner and other trades to provide this super energy efficient, fire resistant re-build at a cost that fit inside of her insurance pay out. In about 8 months, starting in November and working straight through winter at 9,500' elevation, we completely re-constructed her abode and got her back to the property and location she loved in a much newer, safer, more affordable house.

Golden, CO Zero Energy Office Building

This building was designed and built to house an electrical engineering firm who specializes in low and zero energy electrical design. So it should come as no surprise that super energy efficient ICF walls were coupled with a 14 well geothermal heat pump HVAC system and a very large roof top solar array to complete what was billed as Colorado's first truly energy neutral office building.

Jason St. Duplex

ICF walls were chosen for the basement of this modern duplex due to complexities with the build site, a super energy efficient design criteria and the speed and ease of construction inherent in the product's features. This basement was completed in the middle of winter as ICF construction lends itself to cold-weather builds keeping projects on track in Colorado's colder climate.

Schmitt Cabin

When an Architect and an Engineer get married and decide to build an off grid cabin in the middle of Colorado, the end result is one of the most well thought-out, comfortable designs you can imagine. The ICF basement requires almost zero heating or cooling to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures all year round, and the strength and functionality of the poured in place ICF walls contributed greatly to the integration of a substantial retaining wall design with low cost and high performance.
